So Close... no matter how far!!!

Traveling seven seas and going lands apart…
Leaving your loved ones, breaking a million hearts…
Going away against your parent’s wishes…
Struggling here and then remembering those riches…
For once you yearn for your moms’ scolding…
As you see in front of your eyes your life unfolding…
And now here it feels so very lonely…
Even in a company, you feel you are one and only…
Just don’t know, why life is so bizarre,
Feels so close…no matter how far!!!

And then you make new buddies…
Enjoying with them in between your studies…
Taking your time to bond new ties…
Saying ‘hellos’ trying to forget the goodbyes…
But deep inside you are so certain…
That these ties would also see fall of the curtain
Just don’t know why life is so bizarre…
It makes you feel closer…knowing you are to go far.

Just when you think, your life had just begun…
In this game of life, you are again outdone…
Life plays on you one more trick…
And this one gives you the biggest stick…
You yearn to stay with your love…
But you get a message from the dove…
It’s enough of staying at this place, it says…
Move out, it’s again the time to displace…
And when it’s the time to go…
Knowing life wouldn’t get any low…
Experienced enough now, to know life is this bizarre
Wish you could feel closer… knowing you are going far.

You miss the one with whom you felt real cozy…
Coz life didn’t give you a chance to be that choosy…
And now you are so very far…
Moving alone in a crowded bazaar…
Hoping against hope, that one day you’ll see that face…
And that you’ll earn something running this rat-race…
But you know, it won’t ever be true…
As that was the past and you have come through
And that makes Life feel more bizarre…
It does MATTER now, that you are so far…
Just doesn’t feel that close….when you are far apart…
